Pizza Restaurant

This traditional New York pizzeria in downtown Cary was a bare bones tenant upfit, with design completed in just six weeks by December 2018. As is common with tightly budgeted projects, construction took longer, with final soft opening for the 1,600 SF space in February 2021. The scope included gutting the existing tenant space for converstion into a full restaurant and bar. Changes included all new plumbing and grease traps, new storefront, all new walls, bathrooms, casework, ceilings, and finishes, and quadrupling utility capacity to three-phase power.
