Residential Bridge Addition

(in progress) A bridge attaches this three-story garage and living space addition to the existing house. It acts as a gate element to maintain beautiful landscaped steps winding down to a pool beyond.

The main level will act as a garage sized for a collection over a lower floor sized for the same. The upper floor extends living space at the end of the central house corridor.

This model is a good example of visualization used early in design to depict rough massing rather than more finished renderings. The design developed far beyond this point with major adjustments, as seen in the final elevation drawing.
