Addition, Pool, and Outdoor Bar

A back yard retreat for family and friends, this addition was a functional backdrop to the centerpiece pool and patio.

The interior family kitchen dining area grew to fit a larger table with some structural calisthenics to minimize intrusive beams under the new opening. An adjacent office with full view to the pool plus a hidden laundry and pool bath are tucked under the same roof line.

An outdoor bar area enables eating and relaxing by the pool in hot sun or rain, doubling as relaxing entertainment space.

The addition was constructed by Noble Renovation and the pool and landscape were designed and constructed by Gress.
